My classes are mixed ability and both men and women are welcome, pre-booking essential, please see contact details to book. All new clients are asked to book and pay for 6 consecutive weeks in order to gain a good understanding of Pilates and its benefits. After the initial 6 week period, and with no break in-between, you may purchase a further course of 6 sessions at a discount, please click on services for course charges and class details. Only one cancellation permitted during the 6 week period provided 24 hours notice is given.
I generally run during term time (closed for August during the summer) and any pre payments are carried over to the next week I'm up and running!
What do I wear?
Joggers or leggings and a t-shirt, no footwear required. No hoodies and nothing too loose fitting. Avoid excessive jewellery and dangling earrings.
What do I need to bring?
A mat, a small bottle of water, a towel if required for comfort, but most of all a smile and a willingness to learn a new way to exercise.
